Shipping & Returns
Our Store offers fast shipping to worldwide. Generally, delivery time is about 15 business days. Orders will be shipped out within 48hours, once your order has been shipped, our customer service will send mail with tracking numbers to you. If you didn't get any info's about your order, please feel free contact our customer service. We will check it.
Orders may be delayed for reasons:
1. Delivery Address is an unavailable address.
2.No contact number Or contact number is incorrect
3. Product current is out of stock.
4. The order is pending credit approval and verification.
Return and Exchange Policy
As a wholesaler and retailer, it's our business to maintain a longtime business relationship with clients.
Hope you can understand that we only accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons:
1. Shipping errors
2. Damaged items
3. Dissatisfaction (see details)
About "Dissatisfaction", we allow change size or exchange another style within 30 days, please don't forget to send us your name and order ID when you want to exchange different size or color. if the other item price is higher, you need to pay the extra fee and also have to pay a restocking fee, shipping fee. If return item, shipping costs, restocking fee, and a 20% non-refundable credit card charge is deducted from the credit amount.
Shipping errors + Damaged items

Please do not hesitate to contact us immediately if an item becomes defective within 3 months of purchase date. We will assess merchandise defects on a case by case basis to come up with the best solution possible.
Refund + exchange
The refund is issued in the original payment method. After the refund is processed, an email notification will be sent. Please wait 3 to 5 business days for the credit line to appear in your account.
In the case of exchange, we will send new goods after receiving your goods, and the round-trip postage will be determined according to the actual situation. If 1. The transportation is wrong 2. The item is damaged. The shipping fee will be borne by us. After the buyer provides the mailing invoice, we will reimburse the mailing cost with the original payment method. If 3. Cancel Order Policy
If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service after you order within 24 hours, before item don't delivery. So sorry that we can't cancel the order when shipping them out. And 10% non-refundable credit card charge is deducted from the credit amount. Thank you for your understanding.
